Zen VR: A Virtual Reality Meditation Game: Winner, Bronze/Best Tech Art Award 2024 Best of Ringling

I took the lead role, in collaboration with two of my fellow students, in creating the models, textures, materials, VFX, and environmental design. The game is broken down into a variety of different relaxing experiences such as guided breathing, zen sand gardening, and an interactive musical garden. All of these separate experiences have allowed for the creation of a wide variety of environments. In general, there was a focus on creating a semi-painterly look to the game and an emphasis on uplifting color palettes. Zen VR won both the Bronze Jurors Award and Best Technical Artistry Award at Best of Ringling 2024. It was also awarded the Draft Selection at The Rookies 2024.
